Admission to Sessions
Admission to AAAAI educational sessions is reserved for meeting registrants and registered members of the press only. Guests and exhibitors will not be admitted to educational sessions. In consideration of fire codes and as a courtesy to others, those without tickets will not be allowed into ticketed sessions.

Airports
The Orlando International Airport is located approximately 20 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. For more information, visit their website.

Children and Guests
The AAAAI asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2012 Annual Meeting. Registered guests are welcome to relax in the Hospitality Suite or visit the Exhibit Hall; however, an adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.

Committee Meetings
Committee meetings are held during the Annual Meeting for the purpose of conducting AAAAI-related business. Current and newly appointed members of each committee are expected to attend these meetings. If you would like information about joining a particular committee, please contact the AAAAI executive office at (414) 272-6071 or e-mail info@aaaai.org. A schedule of committee meetings taking place at the 2012 Annual Meeting will be included in the Itinerary Planner and in the Final Program.

Discounted Registration Fee for Fellows/Members from Developing Countries
The discount program for members from developing countries offers current AAAAI Fellows and members in countries designated as “low income” or “lower-middle income” by the World Bank (based on gross national income per capita) a 50% discount on registration fees. Your eligibility requirements will be verified before your registration is processed.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Current AAAAI Fellows and members, paid through December 2011 are eligible for this discounted registration.
  2. In order for a non-member to qualify as a paid member, all membership application materials must be received by the AAAAI executive office by September 15.
  3. Only individual delegates who pre-register by February 1, 2012 for the Annual Meeting are eligible for this discount. This discount is not available to groups or individuals who register onsite.
  4. The registering delegate must permanently reside in one of these eligible countries:  Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Bangladesh, Belize, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Arab Republic of Egypt, El Salvador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Fiji, The Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bisau, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Kenya, Kiribati, Republic of Korea, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Federated States of Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Philippines, Rwanda, Samoa, São Tomé and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Swaziland, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, West Bank and Gaza, Republic of Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Ground Transportation
The Orlando International Airport offers various types of ground transportation for its visitors. Shuttles, rental cars, taxis and bus transportation are all available at the Orlando International Airport. Registration
Access to online registration will be given to AAAAI Fellows on October 12, 2011; to all AAAAI members on October 26, 2011; and to all delegates on November 9, 2011. The registration deadline is February 1, 2012. The registration desk will be located in the Orange County Convention Center. To avoid waiting in line, please be sure to pick up your packet early. Onsite registration will also be available at the desk.

Weather & Dress
The average temperature in Orlando in March is 68° F (13° C) and the average precipitation is 3.5 inches. Attire should be consistent with the professional atmosphere of the Annual Meeting.
